Ray Engelke has been a professional Bartender since 2003 serving former United States Presidents; top government officials; Fortune 500 business leaders; film, T.V., music, modeling and sports figures.  

Ray bartended at the Phoenician, a 5-Diamond resort in Scottsdale Arizona from 2003 - 2008 and started working as a bartender at the Grand Hyatt in Denver Colorado in late 2008 when his wife’s career moved the family.   Ray is now working full time as the owner and chief bartender of Moonlight Bartending!

He found his passion in mixology as a child in Camarillo California when he would mix fruit drinks with sodas and discover new tastes.  When Ray became old enough, his father taught him how to make a Manhattan and Ray has been perfecting this drink ever since.  Ray loves meeting new and interesting people and he always learns something while listening to family, friends, and client stories when mixing their drinks. 

Antoinette Engelke, Ray's wife retired from corporate America to help her husband run their businesses.  Her entrepreneurial nature motivated her to help her husband start Moonlight Bartending in 2010 as well as helping to start Galaxy Event Centers LLC dba Deep Space where together they run a successful Lounge & Event Center.  Ray has been mentoring his wife since 2010 on what it takes to be a master mixologist.
